Physical Books

For physical books purchased from bobmcchesney.com, we offer a 30-day full refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 30 days of your purchase date, and we will refund your money, no questions asked. As a courtesy, and to uphold our commitment to customer satisfaction, you are welcome to keep the physical book.

Digital Books and Online Courses

For digital books and online courses, we also follow a 30-day no questions asked refund policy. If within 30 days of your purchase, you find the digital book or online course unsatisfactory, please reach out to us and we will process your refund. Please note that after the refund has been processed, your access to the digital book or online course will be revoked.

How to Initiate a Return or Refund

To start a return or refund, please email us at bob@bobmcchesney.com with your order number and the reason for your return (although no explanation is required, your feedback helps us to improve our offerings). Upon receiving your refund request, we will review it and process your refund accordingly. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days and will be credited back to the original form of payment.
